I was recruited here from Colorado by the company I now work for through their professional recruiter, who hooked us up with Lori. We traveled here for an initial tour of the area during the interview process. While here, Lori spent a half day taking us to different areas around greater South Bend after eliciting our interests in the types of homes we were interested in, types of neighborhoods, and price range. After the offer was made and accepted, and we were definitely going to relocate here, we came back and Lori took us to several homes we were interested in - and we covered quite a few. We only had a few days to find a home, extend an offer, get a home inspection, negotiate a final price, and get a mortgage before we had to head back to prepare for the move. Lori was absolutely outstanding. Extremely knowledgeable and well organized. She coordinated communication with the seller/sellers' broker quickly, as well as with a home inspection, banker, et al. Could not have done it without her expertise. One of the most professional, ethical individuals I've ever met. This was by far the most efficient and timely real estate transaction I've ever had, directly attributable to her work. We are now getting settled, and I was able to start my new position here on time. We will definitely use her again.

We spoke with several other brokers in South Bend and none seemed interested in really helping us with our unique need. ( a second home that we were in no hurry to get.) No one would call us back or if they responded they said "let me know when you find something and I'll take you to see it." Not very helpful. Then we met Lori. I can't find enough fabulous adjectives to describe her. She actually cared about us and helping us find what we wanted. She never got discouraged or let us feel she was tired of working with us but was always personable and upbeat. She is very knowledgeable on the South Bend real estate market as well as real estate in general. We are so glad we met her and thankful she was our agent.
